Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of blest.bet, as offered under the brand bet-blast-united-kingdom, and set out the conditions under which you may use our gambling services. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2025 and replace all prior versions applicable to the UK-facing services of blest.bet.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • "Operator" means Blast Gaming Limited, a limited company registered in Malta with company number C 12345, having its registered address at 123, High Street, Sliema, SLM 1540, Malta, and holding a remote operating licence (number 54321) issued by the UK Gambling Commission for Great Britain.
  • "Website" means the online gambling platform accessible at https://blest.bet and any subdomains, mobile versions or applications branded as bet-blast-united-kingdom and operated by the Operator for customers in the United Kingdom.
  • "Services" means all remote casino games, gambling software access, promotions, and related functionalities made available to you on or through the Website under the Operator's UK Gambling Commission licence.
  • "User" or "you" means any natural person who accesses the Website, whether or not they register an account or place a Bet.
  • "Player" means a User who has successfully completed account registration and verification and is permitted to place real money Bets on the Website.
  • "Account" means a personal online gambling account opened and maintained by a Player with the Operator for the purpose of using the Services.
  • "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake of real money or bonus funds placed by a Player on an outcome within the Services (including casino games, live casino tables, and any other games of chance) in accordance with these Terms and the game-specific rules.
  • "Balance" means the aggregate of the real money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in your Account at any given time, as recorded in the Operator's systems.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, free bets, loyalty rewards or similar non-withdrawable incentive granted to a Player by the Operator, subject to applicable bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
  • "Wagering Requirements" means the minimum number of times Bonus funds (and, where stated, deposit funds) must be staked on eligible games before Bonus-related winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash.
  • "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity, age, source-of-funds and related checks carried out by the Operator in accordance with UK law and UK Gambling Commission requirements.
  • "Restricted Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which the Operator does not lawfully offer the Services, including (without limitation) the United States of America, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, and the Netherlands, as well as any other jurisdiction listed from time to time in our eligibility and access rules.
  • "Self-Exclusion" means a Player-initiated restriction under which access to gambling with the Operator (and, where applicable, across linked brands such as SpinSpree Casino and Jackpot Junction) is blocked for a fixed or permanent period, including via GamStop for UK customers.
  • "ADR Provider" means the approved alternative dispute resolution body for UK customers, currently the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), or any successor body notified to you.
  • "Parent Company" means Global Gaming Ventures PLC, a public limited company listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: GGV), which is the holding company of Blast Gaming Limited.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account and use the gambling Services on blest.bet. We strictly prohibit underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally entitled to gamble in the United Kingdom.
  • Jurisdiction: Access to real money Services is only permitted to individuals:
    • physically located in the United Kingdom at the time of gambling; and
    • not resident in, or accessing the Website from, a Restricted Territory.
  • Verification obligations: In accordance with UK law and UK Gambling Commission rules, we will attempt to verify your age and identity electronically. Where this is not possible, we will request additional KYC documentation and you will not be permitted to deposit or gamble until verification is complete.
  • Consequences of underage use: If we discover or reasonably suspect that you are, or were at the time of gambling, under 18 or otherwise ineligible:
    • your Account will be closed;
    • all Bets placed while you were ineligible may be voided; and
    • any winnings may be forfeited and, where required, funds may be returned to you or handled in line with regulatory instructions.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To become a Player you must complete the online registration form on blest.bet, providing at minimum your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information that we reasonably request.
  • Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to the email you provided. Until this step is completed, your access to certain functionalities may be restricted.
  • KYC documents: We may request clear copies or images of:
    • valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driving licence);
    • proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last 3 months); and
    • evidence of source of funds or wealth (e.g., payslips, bank statements), where required by our regulatory obligations or internal risk policies.
  • Additional verification: We may also conduct telephone checks, database checks, or request notarised documents if we reasonably consider this necessary to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with us is complete, accurate and up to date. You must promptly update any changes via your Account or by contacting support@blest.bet.
  • Single account: You may open and maintain only one Account for the bet-blast-united-kingdom Services. Multiple, duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed, Bets voided and Bonuses cancelled. Group-wide restrictions may also be applied across sister brands (including SpinSpree Casino and Jackpot Junction).
  • Account security: You are solely responsible for:
    • keeping your username, password and any other security credentials confidential;
    • not sharing your Account with any third party or allowing others to use it;
    • choosing a strong password and updating it regularly.
  • Unauthorised use: You must notify us immediately at support@blest.bet if you suspect that your Account details have been compromised or used without your permission. Until such notification is received and acknowledged, we are entitled to treat any activity on the Account as validly authorised by you.
  • Compliance with laws: You must not use the Services if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your place of residence or current location.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each casino game or product available on blest.bet is subject to its own specific rules (including minimum and maximum stakes, payout tables and game mechanics) provided by the Operator or the relevant software supplier. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.
  • Randomness and fairness: The outcomes of games (other than any peer-to-peer or skill-based components, where applicable) are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-dealer mechanisms designed to ensure fairness in line with UK Gambling Commission requirements.
  • Availability: We may add, suspend, modify or remove any game or feature at our discretion to comply with regulatory changes, technical needs or commercial decisions. Ongoing Bets will be honoured or settled in accordance with the applicable rules, save where validly voided.

Placing Bets

  • Account funding: You may place Bets only using funds that:
    • have been credited to your Account and appear in your available Balance; and
    • are not subject to any hold, reversal, chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has clearly displayed minimum and maximum stake limits. You must ensure that your Bet amount lies within these limits; attempts to exceed them will generally be rejected by the system.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when:
    • it is displayed in your game history or Account history as "placed" or "accepted"; and
    • the corresponding stake has been successfully deducted from your Balance.
  • Time of Bet: The valid time of a Bet is the time recorded on our servers, not the time on your local device.
  • Errors in stake entry: You are responsible for checking that the details of your Bet are correct before confirming. We are not obliged to correct or cancel Bets that you place in error once they have been accepted, unless otherwise required under applicable regulation.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by our systems, you generally cannot cancel, withdraw or amend it. Features such as "undo", "cancel" or similar, where available, are subject to the specific game rules and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Operator-initiated voiding: We may void or adjust Bets in the following circumstances:
    • obvious technical or human error leading to incorrect odds, paytables or game outcomes;
    • game malfunction, interruption or disconnection that invalidates the result, as described in the game rules;
    • evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity, including exploitation of software bugs or unfair advantage play;
    • where required by law, regulation or a direction from the UK Gambling Commission.
  • Effect of voiding: If a Bet is voided, the stake associated with that Bet will normally be returned to your Account Balance, except where regulation or a lawfully binding order requires a different outcome.

Live Casino and Chat Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino games or any chat or messaging function on blest.bet you must:
    • treat dealers, other players and staff with respect;
    • avoid offensive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing language or conduct; and
    • refrain from spamming, advertising or promoting third-party services.
  • Prohibited conduct: You must not:
    • engage in collusion with other players or attempt to manipulate game outcomes;
    • share personal or financial information in chat spaces;
    • use racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory expressions; or
    • attempt to recruit other players to external gambling or non-gambling sites or schemes.
  • Monitoring and enforcement: We reserve the right to:
    • monitor chats and live interactions for compliance and safety;
    • edit or remove messages that we consider inappropriate; and
    • temporarily suspend or permanently revoke your access to chat or to the Services where you breach these conduct rules.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Discretionary nature: All Bonuses, free spins, free bets, loyalty rewards and similar incentives granted on blest.bet under the bet-blast-united-kingdom brand are discretionary, conditional and may be offered, withheld or withdrawn by the Operator in accordance with applicable regulations and these Terms.
  • Separate terms: Each promotion or Bonus is governed by:
    • these general Bonus Terms; and
    • any specific promotional terms displayed in the relevant offer, including qualifying criteria, maximum bonus, game eligibility and expiry dates.
  • Transparency: Key significant terms, including wagering requirements, maximum win limits (if any), timeframes and game restrictions, will be clearly presented at or before the point of opt-in or participation.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: To activate a Bonus you may need to:
    • opt-in via a dedicated promotion page or checkbox;
    • enter a valid bonus code; and/or
    • make an eligible qualifying deposit or place a qualifying Bet.
  • Wagering multiple: Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the Bonus amount, or of the Bonus plus deposit, before:
    • any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn; or
    • Bonus funds are converted into withdrawable cash.
  • Timeframes: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified period (e.g., 7, 14 or 30 days) from the time of crediting or activation, as stated in the relevant offer. Bonuses or remaining wagering requirements that are not used or completed within the stated timeframe will expire and be forfeited.
  • Contribution weighting: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. For example:
    • most slots may contribute 100% of the stake;
    • table games, live casino and certain low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or 0%.
    The contribution table will be provided in the relevant promotion details or general bonus information pages.

Prohibited Games and Bonus Abuse

  • Game restrictions: Certain games or game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may be restricted for play while a Bonus is active. Any such restrictions will be indicated in the promotion terms. Placing Bets on prohibited games while using Bonus funds may lead to the Bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.
  • Irregular play: The following behaviours, among others, may be treated as irregular play or bonus abuse:
    • placing very low-risk or opposing Bets (e.g., covering the majority of the roulette table) to meet wagering requirements;
    • using Bonus funds to progress through a game's bonus features or free spin stages, then completing those stages using real money Bets;
    • deliberately delaying the completion of a round or bonus feature to a later time when no wagering is required.
  • Group-wide abuse: If we detect coordinated or repeated bonus abuse across bet-blast-united-kingdom and any sister brands (including SpinSpree Casino and Jackpot Junction), we may:
    • cancel Bonuses and associated winnings;
    • close or restrict related Accounts across the group; and
    • report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and regulators where appropriate.

Combining Promotions

  • Non-cumulative offers: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonuses and promotions on blest.bet cannot be combined or "stacked". Only one active welcome Bonus or similar first-deposit offer may be held at any time.
  • Priority of funds: Where both real money and Bonus funds are available:
    • we will generally deduct stakes from your real money Balance first; and
    • Bonus funds will be used thereafter, subject to game eligibility and promotional rules.
  • Withdrawal prior to completion: If you request a withdrawal of your real money Balance before completing applicable wagering requirements, we may:
    • cancel the active Bonus; and
    • forfeit any Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not yet been converted to withdrawable cash.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Available methods: For UK Players, deposits on blest.bet may be made using one or more of the following, subject to regulatory rules and availability:
    • debit cards (e.g., Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit);
    • selected e-wallets and online payment services; and
    • other locally available regulated payment methods.
    Credit cards may not be used to fund gambling accounts by UK customers, in accordance with UK regulations.
  • Crypto assets: Where permitted by UK law and UK Gambling Commission rules at the relevant time, we may or may not offer cryptocurrency-based payment routes. If such methods are offered, they will be clearly identified, and additional verification, conversion and risk disclosures will apply.
  • Minimum and maximum deposits: We may set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, per week or per month. These will be displayed in the cashier section or otherwise notified to you.
  • Fees: The Operator does not generally charge deposit fees. However, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may impose their own charges, currency conversion costs or other fees, for which we are not responsible.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Verification before withdrawal: You may be required to complete KYC checks and provide satisfactory identity, address and source-of-funds documentation before any withdrawal is processed. We may also conduct periodic re-verification in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Payment route: As far as reasonably possible, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used to fund your Account. Where this is not feasible (e.g., technical restrictions, method no longer available), we may request an alternative method in your name that we support.
  • Processing times: We aim to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24-72 hours, excluding any additional time required for KYC checks or weekends and public holidays. Actual receipt times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking system.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawals: We may impose minimum and/or maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per given period. These limits will be displayed in the cashier or otherwise notified.
  • Fees on withdrawal: We do not usually charge withdrawal fees. If any fee is applicable (e.g., for international transfers), it will be transparently disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal request.

Account and Transaction Review

  • Anti-money laundering (AML) and safer gambling: In order to comply with AML and safer gambling requirements, we may:
    • review transaction patterns and gambling behaviour;
    • request additional information about your income, wealth or the source of funds used;
    • delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes: If a chargeback, reversal or dispute is initiated in relation to funds deposited into your Account:
    • we may suspend or close your Account;
    • we may void or reverse winnings or Bets funded directly or indirectly by the disputed amounts; and
    • we may recover any outstanding amounts from your Account Balance or future deposits.

Refunds of Bets and Bonuses

  • Game errors and malfunctions: If a game or system malfunction occurs, as determined by the Operator and/or the game provider:
    • the affected game round may be declared void; and
    • stakes relating to that game round may be refunded to your real money Balance, subject to regulatory guidelines.
  • Bonus-related refunds: We are not obliged to refund any Bonus funds. Where a Bonus is found to have been credited in error or misapplied, we may remove or adjust the Bonus and any associated winnings, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws and UK Gambling Commission expectations.
  • Duplicate transactions: If you can demonstrate that a duplicate deposit or Bet was made due to a technical issue, we will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse or refund the duplicate transaction.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fair and lawful operation: The Operator undertakes to provide the Services in accordance with:
    • its remote operating licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission (number 54321);
    • applicable laws and regulations in Great Britain; and
    • the rules and procedures set out in these Terms and related policies.
  • Accuracy of results: We use reputable software providers and technical solutions designed to ensure that game results are generated and recorded accurately. In case of discrepancies between your device display and our server records, the latter shall prevail, subject to any independent testing or regulatory requirements.
  • Reasonable skill and care: We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care and will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security and integrity of the Website.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted access: While we endeavour to keep the Website available at all times, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Temporary suspensions may occur due to maintenance, updates, unforeseen technical problems, or regulatory requirements.
  • Technical failures and network issues: We are not liable for:
    • failures of your equipment, network, internet connection or software;
    • incompatibility between the Services and your hardware or software; or
    • delays or losses arising from telecommunication or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Indirect or consequential losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:
    • loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings;
    • loss or corruption of data; or
    • indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
  • Maximum liability: Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) shall not exceed:
    • the amount of the Bet or Wager in dispute; or
    • if no specific Bet is implicated, the total amount of deposits you have made into your Account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim,
    • whichever is lower, except where a higher limit is required by mandatory law.
    • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Ownership of Content and Software

    • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to:
      • software, source code and object code;
      • graphics, logos, brand names (including bet-blast-united-kingdom), trade marks and trade names;
      • text, images, videos, audio and other content; and
      • databases, layouts and user interfaces,
      • are owned by the Operator, its Parent Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
      • Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

      Restrictions on Use

      • Prohibited acts: You must not, without our prior written consent:
        • copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from or publicly perform any part of the Website or its content;
        • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Services, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
        • use any automated tools (including bots, crawlers, scripts, or scrapers) to access, monitor or copy any part of the Website;
        • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices.
      • Third-party content: Certain games, software and content are provided by third-party licensors. Your use of such third-party content may be subject to additional licence terms incorporated by reference, and all such rights remain vested in the respective licensors.

      Operator's Rights

      • Suspension: We may suspend your Account (in whole or part) at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
        • you have breached these Terms or any applicable game or bonus rules;
        • you are involved in or associated with fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating or other criminal or unethical activity;
        • you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
        • your gambling behaviour raises serious safer gambling concerns; or
        • we are required to do so by law, regulation or a competent authority.
      • Termination: We may close your Account permanently if:
        • the grounds for suspension are serious or remain unresolved;
        • your Account has been inactive for a prolonged period and we have taken reasonable steps to contact you;
        • you have self-excluded via the Website or through GamStop (in which case appropriate restrictions will also be applied across linked brands such as SpinSpree Casino and Jackpot Junction); or
        • continued provision of the Services to you would contravene our regulatory obligations.

      Player's Rights

      • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support@blest.bet or using any available self-service option within the Account settings. Closure for responsible gambling reasons may be treated as a Self-Exclusion.
      • Self-Exclusion and cooling-off: You may:
        • apply a temporary cooling-off period (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days); or
        • self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently,
        • via the tools provided on the Website or through GamStop for UK customers. Once a Self-Exclusion is in place, it cannot be cancelled and we will take reasonable steps to ensure you cannot gamble with us during the exclusion period.

        Effect of Termination or Suspension

        • Balances on closure: Upon Account closure (other than where prohibited by law or regulation):
          • any remaining real money Balance will be returned to you, subject to successful completion of any outstanding verification checks; and
          • any active Bonuses and associated wagering requirements will generally be cancelled and forfeited, unless we are required to treat them differently under consumer protection rules.

        • Notification: We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the suspension or closure of your Account and the reasons for such action, unless we are legally or regulatorily prevented from doing so.

        Governing Law & Jurisdiction

        Applicable Law

        • Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Website and all contractual and non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
        • Regulatory regime: For Players located in Great Britain, the provision of the gambling Services is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under remote operating licence number 54321 held by Blast Gaming Limited.

        Dispute Resolution
